The white peaks of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps rise above the valley jealously guarding its natural pearls in silence. The frozen lake invites you to put on ice-skates, the cross-country tracks running along the valley plane invite you to put on cross-country skis and the round slopes of nearby hills welcome you to go for a sleigh ride. But the most daring and experienced in ski touring will certainly enjoy the slopes of nearby peaks and powder snow. On descent, skiers are then treated with amazing views over the white valley. Those of you who wish to see the beauty of this lake valley in the most natural and relaxing way, can treat yourself with a package with a cross-country skiing lesson. We take care of the teacher, skiing gear, refreshments and sauna. We also offer a guided tour of the lake sights, and exquisite liqeour-tasting will make sure that you sleep well.

Package itinerary

Day 1:
9:00 Reception at the Tourist farm Ancelj. Tour of the farm and autochthonous breeds of farm animals;  transfer to the Šenkova domačija Tourist farm.
10:00 Cross-country skis rental at Šenkova domačija and a lesson with the cross-country skiing instructor Primož Šenk (adjusted to the wishes & needs of the guests)
13:30 Lunch at the Šenkova domačija Tourist farm
14:30. Guided tour of the surroundings with the local tourist guide Lucija Muri
16:00 Sauna at Šenkova domačija; transfer to the Tourist farm Ancelj.
19:00 Dinner at the Tourist farm Ancelj
20:00 Liqueur-tasting at the Bar Stara Pošta
Day 2:
8:30 Self-service breakfast at the Tourist farm Ancelj; transfer to Šenkova domačija Tourist farm.
10:00 Cross-country skis rental at Šenkova domačija, self-exploration of the valley
13:00 Lunch at Šenkova domačija
