The home of Butul is located on Manžan, a village 5km away from the Koper city centre. Our culinary offer has different smells and flavours of Slovenian Istria and the Mediterranean.
Like a rare selection of jewels, the Charming Slovenia resort Herbal glamping is placed into some of the most beautiful and untainted parts of Slovenia – the valley Savinjska dolina. The Savinja River lends an unmistakable stamp to this area, while opening up before true romantics are the valley of Logarska dolina, plus Matkov Kot and Robanov Kot. The trail passes through four upper-Gorenjska municipalities, each of which has added its own small pot of honey to the story. The trail begins in the cradle of Carniolan beekeeping and Slovenian poetry, in picturesque Vrba, where you can visit the birth house of France Prešeren (1800-1849) – Slovenia’s most famous poet, whilst in nearby Breznica stands the apiary of the country’s greatest beekeeper, Anton Janša.
Greenery at the confluence of Sava and Krka rivers, thermal springs, vineyards and rich architectural heritage – this is why Brežice is known to many as the place where different worlds come together.
Lead miming under the mountain Peca already began in Roman times. Written records show, that from 1665 until the end of the previous century, when the mine was finally closed down, 1000 km of tunnels were dug. These remarkable underground passages enable us to get to know the history of mining by mining train and then on foot, by mountain bikes or by kayak on underground lakes in the flooded part of the mine.

The white peaks of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps rise above the valley jealously guarding its natural pearls in silence. The frozen lake invites you to put on ice-skates, the cross-country tracks running along the valley plane invite you to put on cross-country skis and the round slopes of nearby hills welcome you to go for a sleigh ride. Slovenj Gradec with its old medieval city centre offers a genuine experience of cultural and historical heritage in connection with contemporary pulse of a small city. When walking through the city center, you will be able to get to know its cultural pearls in the collections of the Carinthian Gallery of Fine Arts and the Carinthian Provincial Museum and re-live the childhood years of composer Hugo Wolf at the house of his birth. At the end of this cultural and historical tour of the Peace Messenger city center, you also have a culinary experience at the Hiša Ančka restaurant on the outskirts of the city waiting for you.
Not far from Ljubljana is a lovely town with an odd name that translates as Dormouse Manor, for reasons the locals can’t seem to agree on.
